BUILDING PERMIT FEE SCHEDULE
$1,000.00 and less - No fee unless inspection required, in which case a $10.00 fee for each inspection shall be charged.
The valuation for commercial & industrial work shall be based on contract cost and the permit fee shall be based on $2.00 per thousand or a fraction thereof.
The valuation for dwelling units shall be $50.00 per square foot times the square footage of the heated area and the permit fee shall be based on $2.00 per thousand or a fraction thereof.
PENALTIES
Where work for which a permit is required by this code is started or proceeded prior to obtaining said permit, the fees herein specified shall be doubled, but the payment of such double fee shall not relieve any person from fully complying with the requirements of this code in the execution of the work nor from any other penalties prescribed herein.

From 101 - 200 outlets - $30.00
